The coaching onboarding process is designed to ensure both parties are clear about the goals and objectives to facilitate a successful relationship, and includes:

Coaching for software engineering leaders

Length

60-90 minutes per session, depending on your preference once or twice a month (+ unlimited in-between check-ins).

Sessions

For most engagements, we complete 6-9 coaching sessions.

Available languages

We offer coaching in English and Dutch.

Preparation

We ask you to share the topics that you'd like to discuss before the start of each session. In addition, there will be action items in between sessions that must be completed to maximize the effect of coaching.

In-between check-ins

Between sessions, the coach is available by email or phone to discuss any issues or requests for guidance. It’s highly encouraged to make use of this.

On request

Varies depending on the requested coach seniority and the coaching frequency. Prices include the remote coaching sessions (through Google Meet), the required preparation time, and the check-ins.

Do you prefer coaching at your office? We provide on-site coaching services in select regions across The Netherlands.

* All prices are excluding VAT. If the office locations of the coach and coachee are more than 25 kilometers apart, then additional travel costs may be charged.

Need leadership coaching for more than one person?

Invisory’s coaching services can help multiple members of your organization at once. We’ll create a customized package tailored to meet the needs of each individual that are aligned with the company’s goals. Contact us for more information.

Coaching guarantee

Coaching requires alignment to maximize success. After the onboarding and first session, if the coachee feels that the initial coaching hasn’t provided enough value (or lacks a connection), all payments are returned.

The opposite also applies: if the coach doesn’t believe that they can bring value or doesn’t think there’s a connection, then all payments are returned. If both parties are energized to work together, then Invisory asks for a 6-session commitment.

Once you’ve booked your initial call, Invisory will determine the best match with one of our expert coaches to ensure alignment and maximize your success.

Since effective coaching requires a connection, we do everything we can during our initial call and onboarding to ensure it’s the right fit. If for some reason you still don’t feel a strong connection, we can assign you a different coach or refund your investment.
