Invisory’s Team Development services are ideal for agile software teams.The ideal team size is between 5-9 people but feel free to inquire if you fall outside that range. We also serve corporate organizations with multiple teams at once.
Once you’ve booked your initial call, Invisory will determine the best match with one of our expert Team Development coaches to ensure alignment and maximize your success.
Invisory’s team will review your application and reply within 1-2 business days with any additional follow-up questions and/or to schedule your initial call. If we decide we’re a fit to move forward, we’ll create a custom proposal that includes engagement terms, timeline, pricing, etc.
With our Team Development, you’ll be working with one of our expert-vetted Team Development coaches. However, other members of Invisory’s team may be involved to lead specific training or acting as support.
Our Team Development engagements are time and energy intensive so it varies depending on when you contact us. If we have availability and move forward, we’re typically able to start the engagement in 2-3 weeks.
Sure. We highly recommend adding Invisory’s Clarity Assessment on the front-end of the Team Development Services. In addition, Invisory’s 1-on-1 Leadership Coaching is a great complement to involve technical leadership at a deeper level. We’ll discuss during our initial call what the best approach is.
We’ll report back to the leadership of choice with confidential progress reports, insights and key metrics, and encourage them to be as involved in the process (if they’re open and available to do so.)
